GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to take ownership of key accounting operations and contribute to the integrity of our financial reporting processes. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our financial data while also partnering across departments.

The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, support preparation of financial statements, ensure adherence to accounting standards, and deliver impactful financial analysis and reporting. Success in this role means collaborating closely with the finance team and cross-functional partners to maintain accurate financial records and support sound business decision-making.


POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Senior Accountant will play a vital role in upholding the financial integrity of 360 Advanced, supporting core accounting operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer, this position will help drive the preparation and analysis of financial reports while ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

This role calls for a proactive, detail-driven professional who can manage and continuously optimize financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. By developing a deep understanding of our operations and financial systems, the Senior Accountant will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities also include identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance, reduce costs, and streamline workflows—always guided by best practices, compliance standards, and a commitment to operational excellence.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a major role in daily accounting operations, month-end close processes, and the implementation of scalable procedures as the company grows
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including forecasts, profitability analyses, and other departmental reporting
  • Manage internal accounting functions and schedules, such as prepaid expenses, intercompany entries, and due to/from accounts
  • Support the annual budgeting process, working closely with leadership and departmental stakeholders
  • Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries
  • Contribute to accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Review expenses for accurate classification within QuickBooks
  • Perform recurring close activities and other weekly and monthly tasks across various entities
  • Partner with teams across the organization to provide financial insight

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and CPA designation strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with month end close procedures
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • FP&A experience a plus
